Kelly Walker RN, BSN – Nursing Director

Kelly was raised in a large town in Southern NJ and knew at a young age she would dedicate her life to helping others in need. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Salisbury University, Maryland. This is where she first became particularly interested in working with individuals with mental illness.

For the past 17 years she has provided care to individuals with co-occurring disorders with a focus on ensuring that services are caring, compassionate, and integrated. Her mission is to ensure that everyone is treated with respect and dignity and receives fully integrated care.

Kelly is a Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey and in addition to her medical background she has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Kelly hopes to make a difference for all who enter the doors of Victory Bay.
