How We Can Help
For adolescents struggling with moderate to severe levels of mental health disorder(s) that interfere with their daily functioning, such as school performance, relationships, and health.
Anxiety
Adolescents with anxiety disorders, tend to experience intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. When these feelings reach extremes, they can result in an anxiety attack or panic attack.
Depression
Depression in adolescents is a serious mental health issue characterized by persistent feelings of sadness and a loss of interest in daily activities. It affects their school and social life, and requires professional support.
Behavioral Issues
Adolescents often struggle with a range of behavioral issues, such as rebellion, impulsivity, and risk-taking behaviors, as they navigate the complex process of growing up.
Trauma
Trauma and how a person responds to it is very personal. People are affected in different ways from the trauma that they have been through.
Family Issues
Families can find themselves struggling in their everyday interactions. Our family program teaches families how to adjust their behavior and thinking to better support one another.
Bullying
If not treated, bullying can lead to social anxiety, depression, and other personality disorders, usually lasting into adulthood.
