About
Ally graduated from Salem State University in 2012. She has an extensive background in crisis counseling. She is also a licensed School Counselor. Her practice includes long-term supportive and insight-oriented therapy, shorter-term solution-focused therapy, and techniques of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
Her therapeutic style is warm and active. She wants her clients to feel supported, comfortable, and appropriately challenged in order for them to make meaningful changes in their lives. Her specialties are depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, and OCD.
She enjoys traveling and spending time with her pets in her free time. She is also a musician and is the lead singer for a cover band in the Boston area.

Why you are passionate about your job?
Ally's passion for working in mental healthcare started when she was a teenager after witnessing mental health struggles within her own family. Having mental health hit so close to home made her want to help as many people as possible.
