Goals for Group Therapy

Group therapy aims to be an immersive experience where adolescents can benefit from both the feelings of universality and support in their struggles while also gaining vital coping skills to use in everyday life. We strive to create a safe environment where skills building, process, psychoeducation and safety groups can work to inform a better quality of life.

Mental Health Treatment Modalities

Through cognitive behavioral therapy, we can help you identify negative thinking, feelings, or beliefs that you may have that are standing in the way of overcoming your mental disorder.
