About
As a therapist, my role is to show empathy and active listening and provide a therapeutic environment for individuals to explore their emotions and experiences to maintain sobriety and overall reduce mental health symptoms. Achieving a bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and University of Pheonix has enabled me to guide clients through their personal journeys towards healing and self-discovery. Utilizing evidence-based techniques and a client-centered approach, I work collaboratively with individuals to identify and address their unique needs and goals in the substance use program. I help individuals develop coping strategies and foster positive change in their lives. I enjoy leading group therapy to aid individuals to connect and increase sober support.
