Joe Grosso, LPC, ATR – Regional Director of Mental Health Services

Joe is a licensed professional counselor and registered art therapist. Joe mainly focuses on working with adults and adolescents with varying mental health disorders. Within therapy practice, Joe combines trauma-focused approaches with creative approaches to enhance the resiliency of past experiences. In therapy, Joe also uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing for continued trauma reprocessing and skill building. Joe began at Victory Bay right out of graduate school in 2019 and has had the opportunity to assist with the launch of Victory Bay’s mental health programs. In his role as Regional Director of Mental Health Services, Joe will continue to assist with the growth and expansion of the mental health programs at Victory Bay, which include the adult program, adolescent program, telehealth programs and eating disorder track. As Regional Director, Joe combines his clinical expertise, creative eye, and overall passion for the mental health population to continue to refine, and improve each program to fit the needs of the clients.
