Reilly Ritter is a dedicated mental health professional who approaches counseling with warmth, empathy, and a strong commitment to client-centered care. With a background in psychology and clinical mental health counseling, she integrates evidence-based practices with a compassionate, down-to-earth style that helps clients feel understood and supported from their very first session. Reilly values creating a therapeutic environment where individuals can explore their experiences openly, build meaningful insight, and develop lasting skills for emotional wellness.
Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions. Reilly takes a collaborative approach, believing that clients are experts in their own lives, and works alongside them to set goals that align with their unique needs and values. She brings a trauma-informed lens to her work and strives to empower clients at every stage of their healing.
Outside of her role as a therapist, Reilly enjoys staying active through running and going to the gym. She also values spending quality time with friends and family, which helps her stay grounded and balanced. Reilly brings this same sense of balance, dedication, and authenticity into her work with clients.
Education
Reilly E. Ritter, M.A., NCC, LAC, earned her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Valparaiso University, where she completed a Certificate in Trauma-Informed Care. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Forensic Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. Reilly is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey and is National Certified Counselor (NCC) credentialed. She is CPR certified and trained in Question Persuade Refer (QPR) suicide prevention. Throughout her academic career, she was recognized on both the FGCU and Valparaiso University Dean’s Lists and completed the FGCU E.A.G.L.E. Leadership Institute program. In her clinical training, Reilly gained experience across correctional, college, and juvenile settings, developing skills in individual counseling, group therapy, crisis response, and trauma-informed interventions. Her education reflects a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, professional growth, and compassionate, client-centered care.

Reilly is passionate about providing mental healthcare because she believes everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to navigate life’s challenges, discover their strengths, and understand they are not alone. She is driven by the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they heal, grow, and gain confidence in themselves to make the changes necessary for their personal success. Reilly finds deep fulfillment in helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
