About
As a Case Management Supervisor with over a decade of experience in mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) services, I play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the delivery of comprehensive care to individuals in need. Drawing from my extensive background in case management, I bring a nuanced understanding of the complexities inherent in supporting individuals facing mental health and SUD challenges. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree from East Stroudsburg University, which provided me with a solid foundation in psychology and social work principles. Currently, I am actively working towards obtaining my Master of Social Work (MSW), further enhancing my skills and knowledge to better serve our clients and support our team of case managers. In my role, I prioritize fostering a collaborative and empowering environment where each team member is equipped with the resources and support needed to deliver compassionate and effective care. By combining my educational background, hands-on experience, and ongoing professional development, I am dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of service delivery and advocating for the holistic well-being of those we serve.

Every interaction, every breakthrough, and every success story reaffirms my commitment to this occupation. I am driven by a deep-seated desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others, to offer empathy, understanding, and practical assistance to those navigating difficult circumstances. Moreover, in my own journey, I have faced similar challenges and was supported by like minded people who assisted in guiding me towards a better future. I continue to work hard everyday to pay that forward.
