About
Empathetic, warm, inviting, and insightful are some of the words that clients use to describe their work with Albert. Albert specializes in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use. He is a culturally responsive clinician who uses a number of techniques to help individuals, couples, and families learn the skills they need and identify the strengths they already possess to gain hope and accomplish their goals. Albert has been licensed to practice for four years after earning a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. His priority when working with clients is to empower them in each area of their lives to thrive in each season. He enjoys cooking, anime, spending time with friends, and musicals in his free time.
Why you are passionate about your job?
Growing up, only a few people around Albert had access to the help they needed to get through the difficult days. They relied on each other for community. And while the community is always important, they often need more skills. Albert believes he is most instrumental in teaching the skills necessary for communities to thrive in their own emotional and mental wellness.
